Recover Cryo is a mobile service operating by appointment. Time is reserved specifically for each client once an appointment has been confirmed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Recover Cryo as soon as possible.

Providing advance notice allows us to offer that appointment time to another client.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please contact us immediately.

Depending on scheduling, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Refunds are generally not provided for completed services.

If Recover Cryo is unable to provide your scheduled service due to circumstances within our control, we will work with you to reschedule or discuss an appropriate resolution.

Packages & Promotions

Any prepaid packages, memberships, promotional offers, or gift certificates will be subject to their own terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

Weather & Mobile Services

Because Recover Cryo is a mobile business, appointments may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange another appointment.
