What is compression therapy?
Compression therapy uses NormaTec recovery sleeves to gently apply dynamic compression that supports circulation, muscle recovery, and reduced soreness.
What is assisted stretch therapy?
Assisted stretch therapy is a guided stretching session where a trained professional helps improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and range of motion.
